PMP Test Tip: The Rule of 76 & 76

The test is given as 3 sets of questions, 60 questions each set, Section 002, as follows:

  1. Set #1:  Q1      – Q60
  2. Set #2: Q61    – Q120
  3. Set #3: Q121  – Q180

It is recommended to follow the *Rule of 76 & 76:

76 seconds per question – This is 1 minute and 16 seconds per question (the average length of time you should spend on each question)

76 minutes per Set- Shoot for 76 minutes for each of the 3 Sets of 60 Questions
