- V I D E O #1 -> Fort Hood Outdoor Museum #1 (1st Cavalry Division)
- V I D E O #2 -> Fort Hood Outdoor Museum #2
Click on either of the above short videos to take a quick spin around the Fort Hood Museum in Killeen, Texas. I got to tour the museum Friday, July 20, 2012 after teaching my PMP class on-base for the US Army.
It was a great pleasure teaching another excellent group of Project Managers who also happen to be soldiers and officers. Many in this class had been deployed more than once to Iraq and Afghanistan, and may be again in the future.
It is very gratifying knowing the class will help them manage their projects better and make them more promotable within the Army, and that the PMP certification will help make them more marketable out on the civilian job market someday.
Thanks again to the Fort Hood July 2012 class for their great participation, and also for their hospitality, especially taking me out to dinner the last night of class. Also, a special thanks to Sergeant Major Steven Potts for presenting me with a Fort Hood 1st Cavalry Division “coin.”
