One of the training activities I developed for my PMP class was selected to be part of a new book filled with hands-on activities trainers can model from and use in the classroom: “The Book of Road-Tested Activities.”
This very creative and valuable book was compiled and edited by renowned training expert Elaine Biech, and published jointly by Pfeiffer (an imprint of John Wiley & Sons), and ASTD Press.
It contains more than 100 unique activities, all proven successful many times in the classroom, including contributions by some very well-known instructors in the field.
My activity: “You Be The Ethicist” is one I developed and have used many times as part of my PMP Project Management class. It appears in Chapter 8, Leadership: What It Takes To Be A Leader, and can also be searched via the book’s unique “crossword puzzle index” under 3 categories: Leadership, Working In Organizations, and Professional Development.
