Based on the work of Daniel Pink, Nancy will explain how science has proven the power of intrinsic behavior as being essential to a healthy and happy life. She will discuss the disconnect between what science knows and what business does and connect Pink’s position to the basics of Scrum. Nancy will discuss methods to create an Intrinsically Motivating Environment. As part of the discussion she will include a short experiment by breaking the group into four teams to help them experience the impact of incentivizing and non-incentivizing performance.
