Mavis says “It would be tasty getting your PMP before the January 12 test change!”

Mavis is our beloved shelter-rescue “brindle” in the photo above with my PMP book, The Project Management Answer Book (26 Amazon Reviews, 4.9 Star Average!)

Less than 3 weeks away, Monday, Jan 11, 2016 is the LAST DAY you can take the PMP Exam before the test changes. According to PMI, the new PMP Exam will be approximately 25% different after the changes, based on the new version of PMI’s E.C.O. (Exam Content Outline).  So it is highly recommended to take the test before the changes.

If you are curious about the upcoming changes, or won’t be able to take the test before then, following are several resources to help you AFTER the change:

  1. My blogpost about the Jan 12 changes to the PMP Exam (Linkedin)
  2. Webinar from PMI about the upcoming changes
  3. PM-Podcast #336 (Host Cornelius Fichtner, PMP/CSM interviews Simona Falluvita at PMI about the Jan 12 changes)
  4. Andy Crowe Video: “PMP Changes 2016 – Expanded!”
  5. The new Exam Content Outline (E.C.O. – Effective Jan 12, 2016)
  6. 2 Test Prep products from Cornelius Fichtner:

I have been recommending Cornelius Fichtner’s PMP Test Prep products for several years. I recently became an ‘Affiliate’ of his company, OSP International, and so I now receive a commission on products purchased through the above 2 links.
