I recently had the pleasure of being interviewed by well-known London-based book author and blogger Elizabeth Harrin: “Getting some answers: an interview with Jeff Furman” which just came out as part of Elizabeth’s “Summer of Books 2011” series, on her widely-read blog: “A Girl’s Guide To Project Management.”
Here is a photo of Elizabeth (left) interviewing author Penny Pullan about Penny’s new book: “A Short Guide To Facilitating Risk Management”
In my interview with Elizabeth, we explore some of the sources and inspiration for my book: “The Project Management Answer Book” (Amazon).
For anyone reading this who doesn’t know of Elizabeth Harrin, she is the Founder and CEO of The OTOBOS Group, and the author of 2 published books:
1) Social Media For Project Managers (her newest, on PMI Press) and
2) Project Management In The Real World (The British Computing Society, Publishing And Information Products).
Elizabeth is also a prolific blogger, with many dedicated fans. Her blog: A Girl’s Guide To Project Management has twice won Computer Weekly’s “IT Blogger of the Year” award, and she also writes 2 other popular blogs: Talking Work and The Money Files (on Gantthead.com). She is also a popular speaker on PM and Social Media topics.
She was recently honored with the rare FAPM designation, and can currently be found profiled by PMI in “5 Women’s Advice For Project Managers: Making Their Mark.”
Thanks again, Elizabeth, for the interview!
